Thank you for choosing Krowneshipping. By using our courier and freight forwarding
services, you agree to the terms outlined below:
- No Refunds or Reimbursements for Delayed Packages
Krowneshipping does not offer refunds or reimbursements for packages that are
delayed. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to
customs processing, third-party handlers, weather events, security checks, or other
circumstances beyond our control.
- No Refunds or Reimbursements for Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages that arrive damaged. Since we are not involved in the
packaging or inspection of items prior to arrival at our facility, all concerns regarding
item condition must be addressed directly with the original seller or supplier.
Krowneshipping does not provide refunds or compensation for damaged goods.
- Storage Policy
Packages must be collected within six (6) business days after the customer has been
notified that their item is ready for pickup.
Failure to collect within this period will result in a storage fee of JMD $100 per day,
which must be paid before the package can be released.
- Disposal of Uncollected Packages
Packages that remain uncollected for more than fourteen (14) business days from the
date of customer notification will be considered abandoned. Krowneshipping reserves
the right to dispose of or resell abandoned packages without further notice, and any
payments or deposits made will be forfeited.
- Payment Based on Weight
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the package upon arrival in
Jamaica. Full payment is required before any package can be collected.
- Customs Delays and Clearance Issues
Krowneshipping is not responsible for customs-related delays or any fees assessed by
customs authorities. Delays caused by customs inspections, clearance procedures, or
import regulations are entirely outside of our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to
ensure that shipped items comply with all Jamaican customs requirements.
- Prohibited Items
Customers are responsible for ensuring their packages do not contain restricted or
prohibited items. If any such items are seized by customs or authorities,
Krowneshipping will not be held liable, and no compensation will be issued.
- Package Ownership and Responsibility
Once a package has been delivered to and processed by our facility, it is the customer’s
responsibility to arrange for collection. Krowneshipping is not liable for any loss, theft, or
damage that occurs after a package has been released to the customer or their
representative.
- Liability Disclaimer
Krowneshipping acts solely as an intermediary for the transportation of goods. We do
not accept responsibility for loss, delay, damage, or non-delivery of packages caused by
third-party carriers, customs authorities, natural disasters, political unrest, or other
external factors. By using our services, you agree to hold Krowneshipping harmless
from such liabilities.
- Changes to Terms
Krowneshipping reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at
any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be made available on
our website.
